DKM kondigt nieuw album aan

Dropkick Murphys hebben hun nieuwe album "The meanest of times" aangekondigd. Op 18 september zal het album op hun eigen record label Born & Bred Records uitkomen. De opnames zijn inmiddels afgerond. De band omschrijft het album als volgt in hun nieuwsbrief: "The Meanest Of Times" is a collection of tales about family, loyalty and remembering where you came from. It contains what we hope are all the best elements of the DKM sound: classic punk rock, Celtic folk and American rock'n'roll."
Op het album zal ook Spider Stacy van The Pogues en Ronnie Drew van The Dubliners te horen zijn. De band zal in de komende periode songs online zetten van het nieuwe album.
