Silent Decay houdt ermee op

Het Duitse Silent Decay heeft besloten er na 17 jaar mee te stoppen.

"Some months ago Sitti left the band due to personal reasons. Our decision was to go looking for another singer and continue with Silent Decay for we still had a lot of ideas and the will to go on. But no matter what we tried - a new singer or working as a quartet, it just did not feel right. Probably we could have worked this way and also make a new good album. But it would not have been Silent Decay as it should be. So there is only one choice left and this is to quit the band instead of doing something that would not meet our own claims."
